STEPS Program
Strengthening Public Schools Through Partnerships (STEPS)
The STEPS Program works alongside government leaders, educators, and community members to transform under-resourced public schools in Nepal’s Karnali Province.
By focusing on teacher training, infrastructure improvements, health and nutrition, school governance, and community engagement, STEPS helps create safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environments where every child can thrive.
Together, we’re building a model that can strengthen public education across Nepal.
Leadership Development Program
Creating Change Through Collective Leadership
The BlinkNow Leadership Development Program equips educators, nonprofit professionals, and changemakers with the tools, relationships, and mentorship they need to strengthen their organizations and communities.
This year-long journey combines immersive in-person learning, virtual collaboration, and personalized mentorship to help leaders navigate complex challenges and create sustainable impact. Participants join a growing network of professionals dedicated to building stronger schools, organizations, and communities.
Digital Library
Open-Source Solutions for Global Impact
Our Digital Library makes nearly two decades of learning freely available to educators, nonprofits, and communities worldwide. Through an interactive, multilingual platform, users can access open-source blueprints and resources from BlinkNow’s award-winning green campus and community development programs.
By removing financial and geographic barriers, we hope to empower communities everywhere to adapt and replicate solutions that work. The library is currently in process, check back for more details soon!
