Leadership Development Program
The Program
Creating Change Through Collective Leadership
At BlinkNow, we believe sustainable change begins with empowered local leaders. The BlinkNow Leadership Development Program (BNLDP) is designed to support educators, nonprofit professionals, and changemakers who are working to strengthen their communities through leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
This year-long learning journey brings together mid-level and senior-level professionals from schools and nonprofit organizations across Nepal and beyond to deepen their expertise, navigate complex challenges, and drive meaningful organizational growth.
Created in partnership with the Chelsea Nepal Network, the program fosters a growing community of leaders committed to building a world where every child is safe, educated, and loved.
A Leadership Journey Rooted in Community
The BlinkNow Leadership Development Program combines immersive in-person learning with long-term virtual mentorship and collaboration. Participants begin their experience at the annual BlinkNow Summit hosted at Kopila Valley School in Surkhet, Nepal.
Through workshops, peer learning, and mentorship from experienced leaders in education, nonprofit management, fundraising, and organizational development, participants gain practical tools they can immediately apply within their own organizations.
The program continues throughout the year with virtual learning circles, collaborative discussions, and personalized mentorship support designed to strengthen leadership capacity over time.
Building a Network of Changemakers
Since its inception in 2023, the BlinkNow Leadership Development Program has brought together dozens of professionals representing organizations and communities from around the world. Participants include school leaders, nonprofit directors, educators, advocates, and community organizers working to improve outcomes for children and families.
More than a training program, BNLDP is designed to create a lasting community of practice where leaders continue learning from and supporting one another long after the program concludes. Alumni remain connected through ongoing virtual meetings and in-person gatherings that foster collaboration and shared growth.

Hear it from our alumni!
“BlinkNow Leadership Development Program far exceeded my expectations. The training forced me to look inward and challenge my own preconceptions, shifting how I view my role. I’ve realized that intention is the most powerful driver of true leadership. Just like my own school’s philosophy of putting students first, this program put the participants at the absolute center. Throughout the journey, I felt an overwhelming sense of belonging and care.
As I step into a new leadership role, this experience has reinforced my core belief that leadership is never a solo act, it is a collective journey. I am incredibly grateful to BlinkNow.”

“What our organization had been missing was continuous learning and a fresh, external perspective. BlinkNow Leadership Development Program delivered both perfectly.
The sessions were highly contextualized, providing practical tools like the ‘fine version’ that have been directly relevant and useful for our team. It reinforced the value of inclusive leadership and reminded us of the resilience required to lead effectively, even in moments of doubt.
Thanks to these insights, our school has already made meaningful improvements, particularly in building a more inclusive environment. This training provides exactly the kind of growth your team needs.”
