VISITOR INFORMATION
We’re excited to have you visit Kopila Valley. Please not that all confirmed visitors to the Kopila Valley Children’s Home & School are requested to provide the following information. Please fill out the forms below in their entirety prior to your visit. The following links are for confirmed visitors only.
We require the following information before arrival:
- “Who’s Who” information – Tell us a little bit about yourself! Your likes, your dislikes, fun facts, etc. We’ll circulate this to the team so they can help you feel at home upon arrive.
- Background Check – We require that all visitors be screened by our background check service provider, Unique Background Solutions. The process takes only 10 minutes and is confidential. Please reference the Visitor Information Packet for the username and password.
- Non-US citizens: Please note we ask that you fill out a special release form, found here. The background check may take up to 2 weeks, so please plan ahead.
- Visitor Release Agreement and Policies – This agreement outlines the terms & conditions of your time in Nepal, including our policies which protect you and our children. Please sign the form electronically.
- Travel Itinerary & Copy of Passport – Once your travel plans are finalized, please share the details of your itinerary along with a copy of your passport.
- Medical Information – Please let us know about any allergies that you have, and whom we should contact in the event of an emergency. Please note we strongly recommend emergency evacuation insurance for all visitors.
- Enrollment in the STEP program (US citizens only) – We ask that all US citizens register with the US State Department’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). STEP is a free service to allow US citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest US Embassy or Consulate in order to receive any emergency updates.
