Guest Blog: Caitlin Green

Caitlin Green is my sort of cousin sort of niece. I'm not really sure what the right term is.  When I explain to people in Nepal how we're related it sounds something like this: She is my Dad's oldest sister's oldest son's wife's sister's daughter. Nepali people always tell me without hesitation that that means she's my "bhati ji" because they have a specific name for every kind of person who could ever possibly be related to you. Sometimes I really like that about Nepali culture and other times it's just confusing. Anyway special thanks to my bati ji for writing this guest post.

It gives me so much peace of mind to know that I have such sweet volunteers and staff working around the clock and looking after the kids while I'm away.
